For organizations

Bring arts-integrated, play-based, and trauma-informed programming into your school, nonprofit, or community organization, designed with you, not delivered to you.

Building capacity, not dependency

We partner with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to deliver arts-integrated, play-based, and trauma-informed programming. Drawing on more than a decade of work across multiple countries and contexts, we work alongside your team (not above them).

Our work is rooted in capacity-building principles: we don't parachute in, deliver, and leave. We build with communities and partners so the work continues without us. The measure of a successful engagement isn't what we do while we're there. It's what your team is doing six months after we've left.

Three ways we work with you

i.
Program Design and Delivery
Co-designing arts-integrated, play-based, or mental health programming with you, grounded in your community's specific context. We can design alone, deliver alone, or do both. We don't bring a template; we bring a process.
ii.
Educator & Facilitator Development
Trauma-aware care training, mental health literacy for teachers, and train-the-trainer workshops, designed and facilitated by us. Drawing on direct experience training educators across multiple countries.
iii.
Curriculum & Workshop Design
Building specific learning experiences, facilitation guides, and workshop series for a defined need. We can run them ourselves, hand them over to your team, or design them so anyone can pick them up.

Standalone transformative experiences

Discrete experiences your organization can bring in. We can design these for you, deliver and facilitate them ourselves, or both, drawing on the same methodology as our longer engagements.

i.

Game Design & Simulations

We design and run games, simulations, and escape rooms that turn complex subjects into something a group can actually experience. Past work includes an escape room on identity and heritage for a teen summer camp, a colonization-and-empire simulation for 70 students, and an escape room helping nursing students practice clinical attention to detail before their final exams.

ii.

Arts & Culture Workshops

One-off experiential sessions we design and facilitate (henna, poetry, storytelling, and other arts-and-culture practices) that invite participants into a different kind of attention. For groups that want a meaningful single-session experience, not a multi-week curriculum.

iii.

Camps & Retreats

Multi-day immersive experiences for youth and groups, designed and run end-to-end (programming, facilitation, logistics, the whole arc). Built for transformation across a few days, not just a few hours.

A typical engagement

1. Listen
A free conversation to understand your context, your team, and what you're actually trying to change. No proposal, no pressure.
2. Co-design
A scoped engagement with clear deliverables, designed alongside you and your team. We share the pen, not just the plan.
3. Hand off
Documentation, training, and a handover process that lets your team carry the work forward, with check-ins as needed.
